Hi! I’m Jennifer Nguyen…I’m a registered Nurse, a board certified Integrative Nurse Coach and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. I will guide you into greater awareness and freedom that will drastically improve your relationship with food–ultimately with yourself and others.
As a Marine Corps Veteran, I learned first-hand how difficult it is to manage stress. However, when we have the tools to do so, we are more in control of our lives–our health and happiness. I will steer you towards inner peace even in the face of external pressures with which you may be struggling.
Together we will map out achievable wellness goals with accountability and encouragement along the way to achieving them.
After working with me, you will be more relaxed and calm around food, less stressed overall and embody more self-compassion than ever before. You will learn that prioritizing self-care, without guilt or shame, enables you to live your best life.
